As a Public Health Engineering and Fire Fighting Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing public health engineering and firefighting systems for various projects

- Requirement gathering, preparing functional and technical specifications

- Plumbing and sanitary, Internal sewage & drainage system

- STP, External sewage & drainage, Irrigation water supply & flushing water supply system

- Fire protection systems include pump rooms, fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, water curtain systems, fire extinguishers, and pumps of different types like a multi-stage multi-outlet for high-rise building applications

- Supporting site team for drawings understanding and issues clarification

- Preparation of Monthly and weekly progress reports relating to the design progress

- Should be proactive and able to work independently

- Making site visits to check on progress

- Travel to meet clients as and when required

Requirements and skills
- Previous experience as a PHE & FF Design Engineer

- Experience in drafting of plumbing layouts, Schematic diagrams, and preparation of BOQ
-
- Good knowledge on fire protection systems and local guidelines and government G

- Should have knowledge on hydraulic calculations

- Should have a working knowledge of designing industrial projects mechanical systems such as Compressed air systems, Fuel supply systems, and Industrial Gas supply & storage systems

- Familiar with byelaws, Industry standards

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, HAP, Duct Sizer, or related design software

- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus
