Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads and opportunities within the engineering services industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, highlighting the benefits and value of our engineering services
- Develop and execute strategic plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess and qualify leads, providing them with relevant information and support
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to the management team
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about market developments and expand professional networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within the engineering services industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
