    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on our Engineering Services division

  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the engineering services industry
  • Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new leads and opportunities within the engineering services industry
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, highlighting the benefits and value of our engineering services
    • Develop and execute strategic plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
    • Collaborate with the technical team to assess and qualify leads, providing them with relevant information and support
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
    • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to the management team
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about market developments and expand professional networks

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
    • Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within the engineering services industry
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and services
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
    • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
