  • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization
  • Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research:

      • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
      • Analyze data to identify key market segments and tailor business strategies accordingly
    2. Business Identification and Acquisition:

      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
      • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
      • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
    3. Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
      • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
    4. Sales Strategy and Planning:

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
      • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations
      • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve objectives
    5. Negotiation and Contract Management:

      • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements
      • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
    6. Reporting and Analysis:

      • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    7. Team Collaboration:

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align business strategies and achieve common goals
      • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • MBA is a plus
    • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
    • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Solid organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
